People Development Officer (Junior Manager Level)
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining talent pool tools, developing assesment tools and performance management.

Qualifications:

  • Min. S1 degree from reputable University, preferably in Psychology, with GPA ? 2.75
  • Male / Female, max 30 years old
  • Min. 2 years experience in People Development or Assessment field
  • Good knowledge in Competency-Based HR Management, Assessment Center and Talent Management
  • Having good logic & strong analytical ability.
  • Having exceptional interpersonal, & communication
  • Fluent in English (both oral & written) and excellent in MS Office.
  • Willing to be placed at Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang
