PT Yamaha Motor Manufacturing West Java, one of the biggest Automotive Company, located in KIIC Karawang West Java, some young, dynamic, matured and strong motivated personnel to fill the following position in the.

  • Having minimum Bachelor Degree (S-1) majoring in Psychology or Management.
  • Min. 2 years of experiences as HRD Supervisor in manufacturing industry.
  • Knowledgeable of KPI (Key Performance Indicator) and Career Path.
  • Having in-depth knowledge of Recruitment Process, Organizational Development, Training activity, Performance Appraisal, Compensation & Benefit, and HR Management.
  • Able to maintain good work at any condition.
  • Fully understand about Labor Law and Legislation.

General Requirement:

  • Minimum GPA 2.80 (Scale 4.00).
  • Male, 30 − 35 years old.
  • Willing to work hard.
  • Having good skill in analysis and communication.
  • Good skills in computer.
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written.
  • Able to speak Japanese would be an advantage.
